EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, orders will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Black + Moon Gift Card (minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable).
If you are refunded using store credit, you will receive an email containing a gift card code equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable), once your return has been processed. Gift Card funds are available immediately once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
- Items marked *Final Sale* are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise approved by Customer Service.
- Online exchanges are not available for purchases made with a gift receipt.
- Items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, or traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no refund will be issued.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Accessories are non-returnable.
- Any returns containing an item outside of the policy will be subject to a $5.00 restocking fee and no refund will be issued.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
